Hi, I'm sort of new and this is my first thread I made. I just wanna know if theres a difference in falco's waveshining in open space and when shining the opponent. I've checked a couple of threads and the stickies but i couldn't find the answer. Normally, I can almost get the waveshine done on open spaces, but whenever i try to waveshine the opponent it feels like the timing may be a little off or different? How do you guys do it?

Practice your timing. Yeah it is different when you hit the person with it.

If you don't have humans to practice it against, you can always try lowering the damage ratio to 0.5 and play against a lvl 1 bowser on FD.

After you hit an opponent you have to wait a bit. It's like how you get reflector stun when reflecting things in shine.

Example: You SHL a fox/falco. They Shine. You Shine. You both get stuck. Someone is going to get their Shield broken.
