That the mayflash fc adapter works with only one usb cable plugged into the wii-u?


I thought it was nice to know since i didnt want both of the usb ports used up by that thing.

The same has been true of the official adaptor, of which I kept the gray wire unplugged since day one. Back then, there was no option to disable rumble in menus. I think version 1.02 added the option, but I've kept my gray wire unplugged out of habit.
