Did Ness's armor/priority on PK Thunder + self get nerfed?

I don't see it documented, but it seems like everything under the sun stops it now. I've been knocked out of it by a basic punch/kick. This definitely didn't used to happen.

Is a 2-second+ long move telegraph not enough time for people to press shield or dodge?

guys I think he's talking about PKT2.

assuming you're talking about PKT2, I believe it has infinite priority at the moment he hits himself, then while traveling it's much weaker (and as you said a lot of moves can beat it out).

Ken really nailed it on the head. Once Ness starts his travel the priority on the move is really noticeably weaker (and therefore, much more concerning for you as Ness). Just as a precaution I'd always make sure you get as close as possible (if you can) to the ledge before using PKT2. I've had projectiles stop my PKT2 short before; it's not fun.
