Diamond Route 210 help

Ok I haven't played the game for months (since January) and I'm stuck cos I have no clue what I'm supposed to do.

I'm on Route 214 / Lake Valour and apparently I'm meant to get the SecretPotion from Cynthia to move the Psyducks on Route 210. I can't remember speaking to her, but I don't seem to have the item in my bag and I can't find her on Route 214. What do I do to get this SecretPotion?

Any help?

EDIT: Nevermind, sorry about this, got help elsewhere.
