DI jiggs throw and Marths Tip

I play against a jiggs who can sleep me occasionally out of a u-throw.

How should you DI jiggs U-throw to prevent getting slept.

Also same guy plays Marth

How do you DI his back throw (maybe f-throw also?) to avoid the f-smash tip.

Um you shouldn't get U-Throwed rested when u are Sheik.
