Soooo, yeah.

I've been going to a psychiatrist off and on since I was about 12 for depression. Recently, after a few years, I went back and explained to my psychiatrist that I've been having weird sensations since I was in my mid teens, (I'm turning 18 soon.)

It feels like I'm out of my own body, like I'm someone else at my point of view, like an OOBE (Out Of Body Experience.) Sometimes I have a faint feeling like I don't recognize myself in a mirror, and that things seem to not really be happening, and that the world doesn't seem to have any concrete feeling to it.

Well, she told me it was DR, or Derealization. It's attributed by anxiety, sleep deprivation, and bipolar disorder.

The only bad news is that the lifetime prevalence throughout life is at 74 some odd percent, according to Wikipedia, but I don't take many things from there by heart, so I'm bound to grow out of it.

Just thought I'd type it out because I thought it was interesting.

Edit: No one needs to reply or anything, I just wanted to post this to see if anyone else has had this feeling while having a panic attack or is suffering some kind of depression.

A crummy world of plot holes and spelling errors
I can't really say I've felt it, at least not in a full-fledged out-of-body experience sort of way. The Wikipedia article was a pretty interesting read though. I've definitely experienced things similar to what is described, though I may just be trying to connect the dots because I learned something new.

Anyway, I hope things get better for you and that your psychiatrist can help you through this.

Thanks for your concern, but she said it isn't really serious, I'll outgrow it later on in life.
