demo impression - god damn the stage curve guides you way too much

you can literally be almost halfway through the level and the curve will take you to the ledge with an easy easy sweet spot. characters with good vertical recoveries have a very safe route. mega mans is absolutely sickening

also, the regrab immunity is very real

Regrab in terms of nullifying chaingrabs I assume

if you grab someone, pummel em until they escape, and then try to regrab them, you cant. for about a second and a half

However, characters like mario can just combo into another grab if they throw correctly

I don't see any problems with this. Either way, I'm pretty sure that not all stages will end up having curves like BF and FD, and even if they do, it's nothing to get upset over.

Unless of course you enjoy getting battlefielded/pineappled in Melee or those god-awful Brawl FD sides.

I noticed Mario clipping way far into the platform without flipping around back at E3. As a Mario and likely Luigi main, I'm totally okay with this; recovering from under the stage isn't really either of their forte.

its like melee FD, but a lot worse. like i said, you can literally be about 40% through the stage until you get caught and wont be pushed towards the ledge. and it automatically will snap to the ledge
