Delfino Waters??

It's a known fact that on some Delfino Plaza stages you can swim in the water before sinking and dying. Could this mean we could get a swimming character? Or a Kirby like move where he can puff up and float? Plus the Goldeen conspiracy. When you use any water pokemon in the water, be ready to die!! Plus Mario easter eggs in the background.

Anyone can swim for only a short time.
I think if any pokemon, including water types will sink all the way to the bottom cause their is no ground under them. and whats the conspiracy?

Anyways, you swim for like 10 secs, get outta water or you die. A water character could stay under their probably for longer then 10 secs and no-one could kill him, so its pointless Sakurai just thought of instead of falling since water isn't toxic you can breath for 10seconds then your already tired and you die.
