Deleted everything, Texture hacks wont work now?

Well I'm new to all this hacking stuff. Basically, long story short, I deleted everything, then used the USB loader hack unlock everything. I tried running brawl again, it was successful in that it had all the vault unlocked, but none of my textures won't work. I checked the SD card, and the contents are still the same. Help?
