Yeah, there is like absolutely nothing in Delaware lol. MD/VA and NY/NJ are both good locations though, so it's not all bad, I guess.

There is a scene in Delaware, somewhere. There's a couple players on aib and they attend tournies in DE only though. One is named Porky the Penguin I believe. You should look for them on aib.

Better yet, Porky plans on attending KTAR according to the aib attendance list so hopefully you can meet him there.
