Default sound effects

I wish to put the sound effect Mario and Samus make when they jump in brawl back in. I think they are located in their Fit(character's name here).pac files, but I have no clue where to go from there.

I am willing to learn how to do it myself if someone can explain rather than simply provide the work themselves.

I know Mario is 8.sawnd, but I forget which one Samus is.

Samus is 14.

Is there a way to open those files? I can open a .brsar, but haven't found anything for sawnds. Deleting them does not bring back default sfx.
