...is simply AMAZING. haha

it stops certain firefoxes at certain angles (not directly under i believe, i haven't done it on a consistent basis), not to mention many other up+b s from various other characters. it reminds me of the down-tilt edgeguard of marth in melee. quite effective imo

i actually find a spot dodge + downsmash very handy, kind of similar to samus' spotdodge + downsmash

Personally after a spotdodge I usually utilt, but he has alot of good options from dodge. I usually use his ftilt more than down if I need a poke, but I use down sometimes too. I love all of his tilts.

1. What is a spotdodge? ._.
2. Whats the right situation for D-tilt?

D-tilt is probably the only move I almost never do with DDD :urg: . Which is weird because everytime I use it I seem to do well with it.

Looks awesome thats for sure ^^

d-tilt is while on the ground.

The down + A attack while in the air is called a Dair (or D-air)

I don't normally use the D-tilt (which is weird, because I used it all the time when playing melee (I used Roy)), but now that I read this, I guess it could be an edgeguarding tactic, though I personally jump of the edge and use the bair.

Spot Dodge is pressing down from the shield. It's highly useful in Brawl, but I don't recall it seeing used often in Melee (correct me if I'm wrong, by all means).
