Dave's Stupid Rule is Now In Effect
Winner also bans 2 stages after the first game and then loser picks the stage. Also when he stage is picked the winner has a choice to switch charterers, after he chooses to or not the loser can then switch their character

Starter stages are Battlefield, Final Destination, Town and City, Lylat Cruise, and Smashville

-Counterpick stages are Duck Hunt, Dream Land (64).
