in the next version, can the raptor boost have its ability to pass through projectiles back from melee? or is there a philosophical or technical reason that can't happen?

I really miss it.

It has something to do with the Z axis and how deep he went into it, but I still second this motion for both Cfalc and Gdorf

I feel like raptor boost, when used in midair, should enable you to use an up b afterwards instead of special freefall after when you hit the opponent.

Pretty sure this has been talked about already.
