Dealing with runaway playstyles?

My friend mains Wario, D3, and Ganon and his playstyle consists entirely of moving to the empty side of the stage, forcing me to approach, and then just blindly throwing out aerials until I approach. This would be easy enough to counter on its own, but if I don't approach he always has his gordos or bike or chomp to come in with, and he if those fail he can just float away or jump off the bike and airdodge or bike back to his side of the stage. The only time I get hits in as when he messes up his spacing; otherwise I have no clue how to get through his offenses. For what it's worth, I main Captain Falcon, ROB, Samus, and Pac-Man (but am totally willing to pick up another character if that's what it takes to get by this).

how can a falcon be camped by these 3? although these 3 need to play really defensively, their tools to camp are just not that great compare to many other cases. as a falcon main i would recommend you to use some fake out moves, use your speed to bait out a move from your opponent then punish it, and if he runs/rolls away, falcon really has no trouble punishing a really predictable one, you can dash in or use down/side b if u get the read then start tearing him apart

:4falcon:: Bait a move, grab, down throw, enjoy.

:4pacman:: Bait a move, then side-b.

I really can't speak for R.O.B. or Samus, but baiting with projectiles and then punishing seems like a good idea.

Wario and Ganondorf are the easiest of those. If you're getting hit by the bike, jump higher and kick him off (don't try to go through the bike unless you know which moves will break it). Dedede can be slightly trickier until you master the timing to kick his Gordos back into his face.

Cfalc's Nair is excellent for this. For PacMan, just out-camp them, his projectiles are far better. Mix in melons with keys, apples, and fire hydrants to keep them reacting.

With R.O.B. you can out-camp them, throw out some lasers and gyro, and reflect gordos with F-tilt. Make him approach you

Also, once he comes to you, grab him, down thrown, and uair. It usually hits its mark and leads to great followups.
