Dealing With Link Projectiles

I was playing for glory today and came across a Link who was a total spammer. Im talking spamming everything from the boomerang, bow and bombs to the up smash. I play Marth and was really having a hard time trying to close in and play the game. I know it would help if I had a recording of my game (I may get an Elgato soon).

Is there any tips to counter Link and defeat him with Marth?

Approach by shield dashing and perfect shield his projectiles. Also if you wanted a response faster you should have put this post in the Link Character Discussion, not the Marth Character Discussion.
