Dealing with Lead FlinchRachi

Not sure if this belongs here, so move/lock if it's not please.

Anyway, for anyone who hasn't seen this ****ING EVIL PIECE OF **** *******, it's:

Jirachi@Choice Scarf
EV's 80 HP/252 Atk/176 Speed
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Serene Grace
Iron Head
Trick
Stealth Rock
U-Turn

Any advice for dealing with it, or just give up whenever I see it? Even if I do manage to kill it (which, with it's 490+Speed, is rare), it takes 2 or 3 Pokemon to do it, and that's assuming they don't get hit with the 60% flinch chance from Iron Head.

Use an Infernape starter, Fake Out first turn, and Overheat the 2nd

My lead against these:

Ninjask @ *random stat boosting berry that doesn't actually matter*
Adamant/Speed Boost
252Atk/232HP/24Spe
Protect
Substitute
Baton Pass
X-Scissor

Protects turn 1 to lock them into something, Substitutes any subsequent moves and then if the sub's not broken just X-Scissor taking about 35-40% health from them. Doesn't outright kill them but it does stop their anti-leading jobs.

I just think of something on my team that wouldn't mind Choice Scarf and then switch to it. Back before I was running Scarf Heracross(I just switch to that now :D) I just switched to my Mamoswine. It was already set for a Scarf(252/252 Adamant) it just loses life orb boost for speed. It also put me in a good position as Jirachi wouldn't want to stay in on a 394 attack STAB EQ so I could usually predict a switch and score an early lead.
