I struggle in this match-up more than Fox, the lasers really hinder my movement (surprisingly) and I feel like when he platform camps with b-air I don't know what to do.

Dealing with Falco?

Crouching and wave-dashing are a great way to get around the lasers. Playing patient is usually the way to go.
One situation I always run in to is when a Falco camps lasers, I shield, then he grabs me.
A well time spot dodge can lead to an up-throw rest.

If you're getting platform camped with bair, stop recovering in the low area between the platform and the ground.
If you must get up that way, drop > jump > uair onto the stage.
Uair's hitbox is almost as disjointed as bair, it's actually pretty easy beat falco's bair with it.
