So, this is MOST likely a NAT issue. I'm using a broadband connection with a strict NAT(I guess due to how frequent the error pops up) and a DIAL-UP connection with an open NAT type(lagless heaven, only slight lag on Australia).
So I checked up the Error code lookup Nintendo support provides, and did the following.
+Enabled uPnP.
+Added DMZ(later removed it because it said so there if it doesn't work).
+Port forwarded the 3DS' IP address.
I also modified my PC to have a static IP address.
The damn error code still pops up. I'm feeling broke at the moment since I have to buy books to study and I don't have money to buy another router.
Got any tips? I know most people can get through with this problem using DMZ but that only works on one IP address.
