This has probably already been discovered before, but I just thought I'd point it out.

I'm sure most of us know about SamuraiPanda's Dash Pivot Cancel, right? If you don't, read about it here. This videos show how it works with smashes, but it also works with specials.

If you Dash Pivot Cancel the PK Fire, you're gonna slide a little during the initiation of the PKF then slide even more due to the backward momentum of the PKF. The more precise your timing, the longer the slide.

This isn't the most useful thing ever, but I use it sometimes for mindgames.

sounds like wavebouncing PK fires would be better than this in almost every situation, but i'll look into it because I don't like the B-stick

Perhaps ocassionally useful for spacing against characters that can crouch under projectiles, like Kirby and Mr. Game & Watch, but almost always otherwise a better idea to just sh B-Stick it.

I use this every match. It works better for me than b sticking simply because you can get out more PKFers faster. This works especially great against marth players I highly recommend it.

That being said I don't recommend not b sticking I still b stick quiet often. Remember each arrow in your quiver is important when they are combined.

Edit - Actually what I do is dash pivot PKF. I'll dash pivote pkf 3 times one following the other then move into a new move. It just plays mind games on players like marth and makes them nervous to be on the ground, forcing them int he air. Plus it puts a smaller space between you and an enemy. I abuse this against Ike players since his moves are soo easily punished.
