Darknut: A deady Assist Trophy to face

Darknuts are very powerful knights that Link had to face in a decent number of Zelda games. If the Darknut shows up in Brawl, it'll probably be an assist trophy and even a Subspace Emissary enemy.

As an assist trophy, Darknuts would attack your foes with their powerful swords. The attacks from the sword can deal serious damage to foes.

As a Subspace Emissary enemy, Darknuts would have a lot of stamina. They'll also have strong defenses, which means that the best way to defeat a Darknut is to attack it from behind. Like in the games, Darknuts would lose their armor whenever they take damage. Eventually, they'll become more aggressive and start attacking in a relentless manner.

Darknuts move slow when their armor is on, but they move even faster when all of the armor is removed.

How would the Darknut work out for Brawl?

they werent darknuts in majoras mask, so maybe we could get both. one as an assist trophy and one as an SSE enemy or boss

I agree. I wouldnt mind battling a huge ferocious knight in SE or summoning him to pwn friends.

Gah, I remember those things, they were fairly annoying >.> But yeah, I could see them working as an assist trophy or something. Although.... in all honesty, I'd rather see something much more "characteristic" of the Zelda series appear than them, considering they look fairly generic, almost Fire Emblem-ish. And we can count on some Fire Emblem assists/bosses/enemies, including heavy swordsmen (such as Black Knight.. maybe... um.. *cough* - *ducks for cover* yeah >.>).

I'm not opposed to them appearing, I'd just rather something a tad more unique looking to spawn from the zelda series. Move over Beedrill and Uknown, here comes the barrage of LoZ cuccoos
