Any good d-throw follow ups? I use shine, but since that can be DIed out of, I use the d-tilt also. Any really good follow ups?

Btw, sorry if there is a thread like this, search isn't working properly on my comp. Brings me to an error page:ohwell:

The only time it is useful is on platforms where you can follow up their teching with a move, probably down smash.

I only throw the D throw in once in a while because people don't expect it and I'll follow with a d smash at high percentages. At lower percentages I just techchase with dair.

Down throw follow-ups:

Pseudo Chain Grab on Fox. If Fox DI's poorly or does not react fast enough, you can chain grab him for a while.

D-smash when centered on a platform. You will hit them regardless of the direction of the tech depending on the size of the platform.

F-tilt when not centered on a platform. Probably a safer option, as it has less lag, and better reach in either direction than the down smash does. The downside is the significantly lower potential to KO the opponent.

Lasers when not on a platform. This one is good for redefining your spacing after a throw.

F-smash behind yourself. This will work most of the time if you threw them near an edge. Most people will tech towards you (away from the edge), and finish behind you, where the forward smash will connect to their dome.

I have many ways to follow up D-Throws =) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WAeKCSSsdh8

It really depends on what your opponent does after the dthrow. If they:

-Tech away, chase them with another laser and grab them again
-Tech in place, grab them again
-Play fox and side step, charge your Fsmash and wait for their sidestep
-Don't tech, jab them, wait them to stand up again, and grab them again

Hope that helps =)
