Legendaries are allowed? Besides, you may want to do something about that deoxys. It is dead the first second it comes out Maybe a defense form?

Yeah, Deoxys-S is OU now. It actually has pretty solid defenses, so don't get your panties in a bunch.

Basic Starter set
--- You're not really fast enough to taunt other leads. Really, the only thing you're taunting is Bronzong. You're more likely to get yourself taunted. You could try replacing it with Substitute. Substitute will force your opponent to attack you, meaning a guaranteed (but weak) Sucker Punch. If you use this, you could try sacrificing your HP EVs for Atk or your defenses. This way, Substitute will use less HP, and you will get more HP% from Pain Split, allowing you to use more subs. If you don't understand this, I can provide an example later.

--- If you use this set, you'll definetly want Toxic Spikes somewhere on your team. You have SR, but sometimes, that's not enough. Otherwise, this set is quite effective.

--- I see potential here because your opponent may have troubles figuring out whether you're mixed or not. After an Agility, you'll outrun Scarfchomp and max speed Deoxys-e! It's a little overkill though, so you can try moving some Spe and HP EVs over to Atk. You may not have THAT much power backing your attacks, but I digress. It makes a decent late game sweeper nonetheless. You'll face problems against Salamence and Gyarados, who'll force you to switch and potentially get a boost, so watch out. You could fit Stone Edge somewhere to handle them. Or you could try a pseudo boltbeam with HP (Ice)+Thunder Punch. Use whatever suits your team best.

--- You won't be able to touch grass types, if that's alright with you. Tangrowth's defenses are already godly, so you could afford to invest those EVs in sp.def so you can subseed special attackers too. It's just an option though. Otherwise, good.

Pretty standard. Come to think of it, a lot of Pokemon on your team are standard.

You have many immunities, which is helpful. However, you have a weakness to Flying and Ghost. Those types will take out 2 Pokemon your team, each. Ice types may also cause you a bit of trouble, since Blaziken isn't all that durable. Your team is very defensive, which exemplifies the need for Toxic Spikes on your team.
