Can someone tell me where it is in D/p....im trying to train dialga

Im too lazy to look up Macho brace...correct me if I'm wrong, does it raise fighting type attacks? If so, just get the fist plate. I think its next to veilstone right where it rains.

I thinik it is in the Battle Tower after you get a HELLUVA lot of them BPs. Not sure though, maybe I'm thinking of another item.
