Customer Sig/Avi?

Hey everyone!

Is there anywhere I can post and ask someone for a custom signature or an Avi? I saw a thread like this on some old forums I used to go on and it was pretty popular. It helped people that are wanting to get better with picture editing software (ie: Photoshop) since it let them have full creativity. Anything like that here?
