Custom Trophy Issues

I was editing a Lucario Trophy and all I did was retexture it and add rimlighting but when I loaded it into Project M, something weird happened. When I went to click on it, the music stopped, no trophies showed up and when I exited the Trophy Gallery, my game froze. If anyone can, please help me fix this error, thanks!
