Smash Wii U Custom Stage Problem

When I select "Custom Stage" for Random Stage Selection, my Custom Stages never show up. If I only select Custom Stage it goes to Battlefield every time. My battles are 1V1 4 Stocks 6 Minutes and my stages are Small and Medium. Is there a way I can fix this?
