If anyone would like to help me, whenever I create a new SAWND file for link, the voices sound fine in the preview but are quiet in game. Is there any easy way to fix this?

If you use brawlbox in your brsar file, and click any sound, you will see a field named "volume". I think the maximum value it can have is 127, but I'm not sure. Usually, low frequency (low pitched) sounds will sound quiet and sometimes almost unhearable with volumes lower than 60-70.
That won't do miracles if your wave file is low in volume. You'd better have a sound editor to make changes if necessary.
