Custom music.

It would be cool if you can upload mp3 files onto the game using the sd card from 3d sound and place them onto stages and then edit them as like where the playback point is.

Indeed, that would be cool. Unlikely, but cool. That said, it's actually somewhat difficult to make a good-sounding audio loop, even with software like Brawlbox that's designed to help you do so.

I think custom music removes a lot of the "personality" of a game. The idea of people putting licensed music in Smash is awful imo. xD

Excellent idea, I don't this will be too far fetched, since you can also do this in Animal Crossing New Leaf, and Sakurai said there will be two default musics per stage. If you have enough GB in your SD card, it is possible that you can add music to smash bros too.

This would be awsome cause I would some of sonic and the secret rings sound tracks like "let the speed mend it".

I never thought I'd see Sakurai let us make our own characters or stages, only seems logical to let us put in our own music too.
I think that this feature would be absent on the wii u version however as they seemed to cut it out of Tekken on the wii u for some reason. I mean the wii u doesnt have any first party software for playing mp3s, but it can play mp4s on the internet browser.
I'd be fine if it was exclusive to the 3ds version as it seems to be lacking in music compared to the wii u version. (Only 2 songs per stage)

I think it would be cool. But as stated before it will lose some of its charm if it's too much of over played pop music.
So if it were to happen. I would download some cool remixes of Nintendo songs on YouTube, as well as other songs I like that did not make it in.
