Custom music transitions into another song...??

I'm putting in new music in PM on my Dolphin Emulator and I seem to be having a problem that's completely new to me that I have no idea what to do about.

So when I add a new song to the game, I like to boot it up and give it a test before I start playing to make sure the loop is good and all that, but for some reason on numerous attempts at trying to the fix this, either the song is crackly and extremely loud (which seems to be fixed by making a new Virtual SD card) or transitioning into a completely different song, which in this case, it for some reason transitions from my custom track to the super mario 64 stage music...

Whats the cause of this? Could it be my version of Dolphin? I'm currently on 4.0-7840.

Whatever the case may be can anybody help me solve this problem?

If it's anything like using a regular SD card, this sounds like the problem that occurs when you overwrite .brstm files. Delete the files that are already in the folder before you replace them.

I should of said this in my first post, but I got this weird transition from changing music on Final Destination, I don't think it has anything to do with brstm's being replaced
