I'm kind of against custom moves in tourney but at the same time not against it. Idk, but don't take my opinions on the matter of what I think is viable.

Bowser:

Neutral B: Fireball: Tapping B instead of holding it has Bowser spit a fireball that kills at high percents. Holding B does normal firebreath and Bowser can walk while using it.

Side B: Bury properties: Characters are in the buried state after the attack like DK's Side B.

Up B: Added wind hitbox: Enemies will be blown away if they are within the farthest point of the attack.

Down B: Quake effect. Enemies outside of Bowsers hitbox will be hit by a quake hitbox similar to DK's down b or Venasuar's attack(Melee Pokeball)

I'd like to see certain moves be able to tilt wayyy up and have a more potent effect on airborne foes. An example might be Bowser breathing fire upwards at a 45-degree angle, and the wall of flames interrupt any enemy's aerial attack.

Imagine giving the Falcon punch super armor... along with long distance reach.... then you get Little Macs K.O. punch. Now you know he's OP.
