Custom Main Menu Backround

Hi I just recently saw a video of someone having a custom menu backround, and was wondering how to get it working and where to find some backrounds.
The video in which I saw it was actually from BigSharkZ from Elite Smash Hackers.

And about how to make the custom menu backround, i just need to know which folder does everything go into.

Private > Wii > App > RSBE > pf I assume?
