Custom Level For Each Character.

could someone give advice on how to make custom levels designed to make specific characters harder to fight?, not the ai, like, the stage structure giving say, luigi an advantage over others, or meta knight (i mean more than already) more than the opponent.

also, how can i make the most brutal stage possible?.

i'm planning to create a stage called "Heroes Run" where the stage is a pain to live in while fighting another player or even CPU.
