Custom Cursor Starting Point on SSS

Is there a code to change where the cursor starts on the Stage Selection Screen?

I've been googling and searching for three days. Unfortunately, I haven't found anything, and was wondering if anybody else knew anything.

XXXXXXXX is the float for the X axis of the cursor. Default is 40C00000 (6.0)
YYYYYYYY is the float for the Y axis of the cursor. Default is C18C0000 (-17.5)
