Custom CSS Help

I am trying to use a CSS Imade in CSS Organizer 2.0 by PhantomWings, with the sc_selcharacter.pac file, but when I load it into Brawl it either freezes or just goes on. I am using WackaAlpaca's guide from youtube but nothing happens. In my SD Card, it is called sc_selcharacter and is in this location: E:\private\wii\app\RSBE\pf\menu2
I used GCTEdit.jar to input codes for CSS fixes for Samus/ZSS and Zelda/Shiek V2.1, CSS fixes for Giga and Company V2, Custom CSS V3, and Independent Pokemon Engine +no wreck My Music V2. I have other codes activated, but those codes don't have to do with a CSS. Please help, I really really really want my own Custom CSS!

Try opening it in Brawlbox, rename the sc_selcharacter_en.pac into just sc_selcharacter.pac and save it. Use the File Replacement Code v3.5.1 and Custom CSS code v2.1 I believe and should be set. Everything else was alright.

Thanks, and I forgot to add I WAS using the file patch code but I also thought that I had to use the custom CSS Code V3 by sputnik or something like that. But thanks!! I'm going to try this RIGHT NOW! But I can't seem to find Custom CSS Code v2.1, only samus/zss fix v2.1.
