Custom Costume and Possibly Shield Colors?

I'm wondering how i can mod my characters' costumes to different colors.
IE: Make my Marth's costume Black and red, something cool.. lol.

Also wondering if it's possible to customize shield colors in any way. kthx.

Swapping costumes is not worth it; why not just go the whole shabang and get customized costumes?

well first you have to hack it lol or do the smash stack method if you don't want homebrew channel.
