Custom content using Dolphin emulator

Hi, everybody.

My Wii stopped working last week and I started playing Super Smash Bros Brawl on Dolphin emulator. When I was searching for an ISO to use, I found out this forum and I am amazed with the possibilities. Because my Wii broke down, I can't test them, so... Is it possible to play with customized content on Dolphin emulator? How do I do it? (I am a newbie here. So, please, don't be angry with me)

You gotta insert your content into your ISO.

I tried to do so, but it didn't work. That is what I did: since my computer can't read the content of the ISO, even when burned in a DVD, I extracted all the content with Dolphin. Then, I replaced the original files with the new files and I built an ISO with the archives. The problem is that Dolphin doesn't recognize the DVD as a Wii game.
Well, that was what I did. There must be another way to replace the files of the ISO. If you know, tell me please.

Use wiiscrubber to edit the iso. you should not discuss Wiiscrubber any further than this.
