Custom characters?

Okay, I'd like to know how to make custom characters for brawl. I mean like how they made Lloyd Irving! I want to know how and what I need to make characters/move sets/and animations , for bringing in my own fighters. If there is a thread of this, I cant find it. Also, if there is a thread of downloadable characters, I would like a link. And I dont mean just skin changes, I'm talking about fully re-done 3D models. Thank you.

Just so you know, it really isn't simple. It requires alot of work.

You need to use Riivolution.

IIRC, you won't be able to run Riivolution because it doesn't load from external HDDs.

If you need to ask extremely simple questions instead of finding things in the relatively obvious sources, you don't have the dedication it requires to make a character.
