Custom BRSTM Frequency

Is there a way to adjust song frequency with custom BRSTMs in P:M files (through something like BrawlBox) without manually editing each song on my Wii? I've looked around here and googled a bit and I can't find an answer to this question. Thanks for your help!

Frequency as in how often it plays in a stage or as in volume?
Because if it's the former, then the 2 minutes it'll take raising and lowering a slider in 'my music' requires less input and resources.

How often it plays, yes. Do the changes I make in My Music affect the files on my SD card? I'm more looking for a way to make my custom BRSTMs play on other Wiis the same way they play on mine. If that's not possible I'll just stick with editing it manually.

My music affects no files on the card. The frequency is stored on the save file itself, meaning for however many wiis you play on, you'll have to modify the rate yourself for each.
