Custom announcers?

I have the files for Rina-Chan's announcer set, but I put the files in the sfx folder and nothing changed. Any hints?

um, I have no clue on how to answer your question, but I'll partially borrow your thread instead of making a second announcer question thread to ask if anybody has an announcer pack that's just a set of sounds instead of voice lines for each name. I have skins that make characters into different people, and it'd be cool to have something like that for if you have something like a marcus skin for fox.

I'm not sure how to help you there since it would work if you placed the .sawnd files in the sfx folder, do you have a screenshot to show the folders? Might be able to get some clues to help (I'm using the monolith voice pack so I sorta understand how it works)
