There are 49 characters and it's only been two days man. There is no way to reliably come up with a list that is even close to being accurate.

Everyone looks balanced right now. We're not having a Marth situation during brawls release.

A tier list is nothing but the community consensus on the relative strength of each character at the point the tier list is made. The game dropped yesterday and everyone's still figuring out stuff. Any tier list made now would be completely meaningless.

Palutena will be high-ish tier I assume, that up-smash is godlike (pun intended).
Aside from that, not much one can say right now.

We've been through this discussion several times, honestly. Though the game is out now, characters are still in their early stages w/o development, no tournaments and MU discussion to go by, etc.
