As fun as that would be I don't think he has any chance at all. His only game was exclusive to PC and Xbox.

As a fan of cuphead im really satisfied on how well they made the costume, he fits the mii fighter mold well. And cuphead had only 1 game so far, so id be hard to develop him as a full character unless you really stretch your imagination. If he ever gets a stage I hope it’s animated in 2d like pac-world
