CSS Screen question?

Hey there guys, been loving this recent pack (It's the PM Sempai 3.5 build btw), there's a few things I want to add to it. Such as the READY TO FIGHT bar in the middle of the screen, and the CPU difficulty select names (if that makes sense). Are those individual changes? or do I have to make a completely new CSS? Also, a side question, in the brstms I want to change some, but want to keep others. Some of the songs I want to keep. But the songs I want to keep have to be overwritten by the ones I want to put in. So in short, can I just change the name of the song? (like from A01 to A02?). Or do i have to remake the brstms? Also, do I have to merge the info.pac files in order to get all of the song titles? Finally if there is a comprehensive guide somewhere in the depths of this website that I don't know about, could some point me in that direction as well?
