CSS ROSTER.DAT for BrawlEx

I got BrawlEx and configured Waluigi to be Cosmetic 40, Fighter 40, Slot 40, and CSSSlot 40. But when I launched the game he didn't show up, and then I replaced the RosterDat and now he shows up but Ridley's gone. BrawlEx Config Utility and Module Editor 3.3 don't work on my computer. Any ideas how to fix???
