CSS question

so i'm new to PM and i have a question, I've noticed that they have made extra characters on the CSS so i know its possible. why hasn't anyone made an update of the CSS to have goku, knuckles and the other two there?

Well, tons of custom builds around the internet have those characters. You just need to search for one that you like or make your own.

For extra characters, what you want is a Project M + BrawlEx build. If your just browse these forums, you'll find lots of threads with titles like "Check out my cool PMeX build!", so you could download one of those and put it on your SD card. Making one on your own is a daunting task, but not impossible if you put time into learning how to do it.
