CSPs not appearing?

AKA Where do the CSPs go for vBrawl Modding? I've done costume stuffs in PM(Personal build) and I use costume manager. For some reason, when I modify the CSS portraits(BPs, and end of match portraits work fine) they show up as the default ones. I've tried using sc_selcharacter_en and common5_en, just sc_selcharacter_en, and just common5_en. What am I doing wrong?
