CSP Changing

So I wasn't exactly sure if this topic belonged here in help, or if it belonged in the custom forum, as this counts as a customization, but I also need help exactly ho to go about it. As the title of the topic suggests all I want to know is how you edit CSP's. I have a few custom color changes in my game and for the sake of consistency I want the character portraits to show as said pallet when I select that character, as well as when they are in battle. If anyone could tell me how to do this that would be great.

Oh and just FYI I do have Brawlbox, but if there is a different method of doing so without it that would just welcomed just as well. I appreciate any assistance that anyone decides to provide.
