Critique my Sheik

So I used to main Sheik before I learned about advanced techs and ever since I've started incorporating said techs into my game, I've switched to Marth. However, after getting my *** kicked at Evo North and a local tourney a few days back, I've decided to switch back to Sheik.

Below are four vids of me playing against my friend. Let me know what I'm doing wrong, what I should be doing differently, and what I'm doing well that I should keep doing.

You have some clean attacks, but there are two major things you need to work on.

First, combo better. You have no techchases, not much comboing short of tilt > fair, and tend to use a lot of dsmash and fair as singular moves.

Second, and this is very important, MOVE FASTER. There's a ton of delay between each of your movements.

Comboing better is the suggestion I've been getting the most. I don't grab enough and that kills a good amount of the combos I could be doing. I've been practicing that lately though, so hopefully it'll show. I still need to work on comboing massively though, but I've got a good way to practice it and get it down in no time.

As far as movement goes, one of the reasons I wasn't moving fast enough is because I wasn't l-cancelling in that video (not that I know of). The other reason is that I just don't move that fast for some reason. Or at least I didn't before. I don't know why, but after playing for a few hours yesterday, I just started to react quicker and I could follow up attacks much faster. I've also been SHFFLing all of her attacks so hopefully there's a noticable improvement in speed.

The key to using sheik is in her needles they will give u a quick kill with a combinations of fairs and bairs and yes speed is very important .
