Critique my MK

keep practicing, theres alot for you to work on, i think you should dtilt more and go the the air more, nice gimp on the left side tho

Stop using your specials as often. Use your tilts, grabs, and air moves more often, and save your smashes for when you will need them the most.

Yea you need to practice more. The first thing I would suggest is not to use Drill Rush as an approach. If you have to, angle it into the ground, that way the lag from the ending wont be as significant.

Please grab more, I can't stress the fact that MK may have one of the best dash grabs in the game. Spam that ****, but also mindgamez it into your game. And please stop using Standard A Meat Grinder ****. It sucks, Stick to Ftilt and Dtilt into your air game, which MK has massive potential in. Try Fair and Nair more often, Dair will also gimp if timed correctly and can frustrate alot of gamers and that takes them out of their groove and puts you into yours.

All in all, Just practice more and read the MK forums and watch some other videos.

Ok, my ICs still way outshine my MK. I'll fight someone later and post a vid of it.

Didn't watch the whole thing but from what I saw: Use shuttle loop less, a lot less. You can cancel the landing lag by attacking/ending the glide right before you hit the ground (you might know that already but you didn't at the beginning)

And as R1ngo said you need to get airborne more often, FAir makes a decent approach.

THank you, Lexx. I'm going to work on all of this once. I get my own o to Death combo done with my ICs. It's looking good so far but i'm hitting some rough spots.

Hmm. In my opinion, you need to work on your approach. Also, spacing is key. Dtilt is your friend, use it often. Use aerials more.

Nah, I really don't mind. Because I give MK users a handfull with my ICs. They are very campy.
