I use Lucas for every game. Any advice is appreciated. >_O

EDIT: I know I did pretty bad in the Kirby games...so mainly just the others.

Well, I'm not exactly great, but hopefully you'll find my opinion useful:

You use your tilts and aerials effectively and at the right times. Your spot dodging is good (I never use it, so maybe I don't know what I'm taking about.), and you always know when to defend yourself. Your PK Fire is used effectively, and you don't spam it, which makes you unpredictable. Grabs are also used only when you know they'll work, which is necessary for Lucas. Also, you use the stick after a series of aerials, which is a very good thing to be doing. All in all, you have very solid and unpredictable gameplay. However, I think that sometimes you don't know when to be aggressive or when to back off. An example is in the first match against Ness; sometimes you performed a D-Smash when there was a low chance of actually hitting your opponent, considering you were facing away from them. Maybe you're overestimating the range of this attack. Other times, you shielded for no seemingly apparent reason after knocking them away from the stage. You should have tried to forcefully hit them off the screen in those situations. Also, you never seem to do the right thing when you are trying to get back onto the stage from a ledge; a lot of the time, jumping from the ledge and air dodging or pulling off a D-Air are good options, rather than pressing the attack button. I'd also use a little less PSI Magnet, and maybe use PK Thunder 1 a little more just to mix it up.

I say your playing style is predictable and i think you rely on the Up Smash a bit too much. Just keep practicing and try Short Hop NAir, Forward Air and Back Air.

You do a lot of standing around and it doesnt seem like its just for mindgames. Also you seem to use attacks unnecesarily, just randomly doing smashes/tilts when you are far away.

you had a nice grip on wat the oponent was going to do, except around the edges. It looked like u couldnt handle people trying to recover. Try moving ur pk thunders in a wiggly line, most of ur opponents dodged ur pk thunders with 1 air dodge. if u wiggle it, it gives u more room to turn it around and chase them. id like to teach u some tricks if ull teach me some. If you wanna play, PM me
